Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred city, move-in timeframe, the role or partnership you are interested in, where you are based, and the message you write.

Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. We may also use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that count visits and popular pages without identifying you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and keep you updated about rooms you have registered interest in.
• To consider you for a role, partnership or contracting work you have asked about.
• To run, secure and improve this website.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate this website and deliver enquiries to our team, including website hosting and form handling (Netlify), content delivery and analytics (Cloudflare) and email. They process your information only on our behalf and only to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up, and then delete them, unless you become a resident, team member or partner, in which case we keep what we need to manage that relationship.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Just email us at the address below.
