James Hardy
James is a British property entrepreneur and director of J R Hardy Properties Ltd in the UK, with 25 years of property and co-living experience, a $40M portfolio and 600+ tenants housed and managed in-house.
Across that time he’s built a deep, practical understanding of what makes residential property work: buying well, refurbishing to a high standard, and, above all, running homes properly day after day. Co-living was the natural next step: a model that delivers better living for residents and a business built on doing the work well.
Seeing the scale of the opportunity in the United States, James founded Premier Co-Living LLC to bring that proven, hands-on approach to Florida, relocating to build and operate the business and its homes full-time.

For James, the move to the US isn’t a paper exercise. He’s relocating with his wife and young daughter and is committed to building and operating the business in Florida, drawn by the same things pulling thousands of professionals to the state: opportunity, lifestyle and work worth doing well.
Away from property, James is a keen competitive runner and golfer, a winner of the British Speedgolf Championships. It’s the same temperament he brings to business: disciplined, energetic, and in it for the long game.
To bring the proven UK co-living model to the United States: helping to ease the housing affordability crisis, building genuine communities, and raising the standard of living in American neighbourhoods.
