James Hardy
James is a British property entrepreneur who owns and runs a UK property group, including J R Hardy Properties Ltd, with 25 years of property and co-living experience, a $40M portfolio across the group and 600+ tenants housed and managed in-house.
Across that time he’s built a deep, practical understanding of what makes residential property work: buying well, refurbishing to a high standard, and, above all, running homes properly day after day. Co-living was the natural next step: a model that delivers better living for residents and a business built on doing the work well.
Seeing the scale of the opportunity in the United States, James founded Premier Co-Living LLC to bring that proven, hands-on approach to Florida, and is now committed full-time to building and operating the business and its homes.
